Genetic testing is variably covered by insurance. The laboratory used to complete the test charges $399 upfront before processing the sample. In the event the assigned responsibility from insurance is less than $399, the lab will review the explanation of benefits and determine a refund amount if any. LunaJoy will set up a 30-minute appointment for $125 to review the results.
